I don't make new year resolutions I fall into my old pattern and try to make it better.
Theres nothing like having a personal revelation on how the year should go. It make going thru the year easier, & with a clear direction.

I was begining to think they are meant to be broken until i realised something.
People make too many and get lost trying to fulfil them.
Try making just one and following it only. You'll make some progress! I did it and it worked...lol
